CBOND2026 is the 5th European Symposium on Chemical Bonding, an international meeting organized under the auspices of the European Committee on Chemical Bonding. Hosted in Brussels, 8–11 September 2026, the symposium promotes conceptual advances in chemical bonding and quantum chemistry by bringing together leading scientists and early-career researchers for an intensive program of talks, discussions, and poster sessions. CBOND2026 will be preceded on Monday 7 September by a Young Researchers Symposium at the UResidence of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
