The Brussels School of Governance is pleased to formally open its "High Level Lecture Series” with a keynote by the former Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo. He will look at the role of the EU in a world full of geopolitical and economic challenges, thereby advocating for a Europe that not only responds to crises, but actively sets its course: by deepening cooperation, defending values and seizing new opportunities. Drawing on his own experience, De Croo outlines how, in times of war and uncertainty, the Union can provide direction and promote a positive agenda – for Europe and for the world.
