The international symposium Embodied Culture ( taking place on the 26–27 May 2026) is a two-day event where the cultural, social and material entanglements that shape the built environment will be explored. The symposium brings together researchers, designers and practitioners working on construction history, reuse, heritage, labour, materials, regulation and building cultures in the broadest sense. The programme includes keynote lectures, paper sessions, and alternative-format presentations.
