The VUB Main Campus is located in Ixelles (B-1050) at Pleinlaan 2 and is very easy to reach by public transport. We therefore recommend using one of the following options:
• The VUB Main Campus is located right next to the Etterbeek train station with easy connections from Brussels-Centre, Brussels Airport and all train stations in Belgium. For a detailed timetable, please visit the website of the NMBS.
• You can also easily take Metro line 5 from Brussels Centre, including from Brussels Central and Brussels Shuman train stations, and get off at Pétillon metro station. Plan your journey on the STIB-MIVB website.
• Both tram 7 and tram 25 run past the VUB, get off at tram station VUB or Etterbeek Station. Plan your journey on the STIB-MIVB website.
• Various buses run to the VUB: buses 34, 36, 61, 95 and 348 pass at the Main Campus. You can also find out your bus ride on the STIB-MIVB website.
