In your confirmation email, you will find a link to modify or cancel your registration. If you cannot find it, please try to register again with your VUB email address to receive a modification link.
This registration module works on the basis of your e-mail address. So if you have already registered with this e-mail address, the system will indicate that you already exist. What you need to do:
- Enter your e-mail address as usual.
- A pop-up will appear stating that you already exist. Select the option “send modification link”.
- You will now receive an email from the system with a link in your inbox.
- If you click on that link, you will be taken to your existing profile and you can register for a new workshop.
Nothing! All study guidance services are free of charge for all VUB students.
The group sessions are organised on the Etterbeek campus and online. When registering, you can choose where and how you want to attend your group session. The specific location will be stated in the confirmation email you receive after registering: a room for an on-campus workshop and a Microsoft Teams link for an online group session.
You may participate in as many group sessions as you wish. However, we recommend that you only register for group sessions that seem useful to you. In addition, we ask that you only register for group sessions that you will attend. Therefore, please ensure that your schedule is balanced and feasible.
All our sessions allow for interaction and sharing experiences. Each teacher ensures there are sufficient Q&A moments.
Our study programme counsellors are bound by confidentiality. This means that they will not share information about you with others without your permission. You can read more about our code of ethics here. We also ask all fellow students not to record the group session, so that we can create a confidential environment in which participants feel safe to ask questions and share experiences.
Study guidance has ensured that every student has 24/7 access to online self-help materials. This means you can get started on your own while waiting to participate in your group session! Take a look at our self-help modules on Canvas or visit the study programme advisors' website for tips and tricks!
You can ask other questions by sending an email to studietraject.es@vub.be. We will answer all questions within five working days.
You are also welcome to call or visit our Contact Point. Our opening hours and contact details can be found here.
