VUB has secured a partnership with C Hotels. This allows the VUB community — staff, students, emeriti/retired staff and alumni — to benefit from a reduced corporate rate, including breakfast, at the following hotels:

Normally, only bookings from an @vub.be email address to sales@c-hotels.be are eligible for this deal. However, as an alumnus, you can also book from a different email address, provided you mention in your request that you will be attending a VUB Alumni event.

Make sure to clearly mention the code CORPORATEVUB2026 in your email. Requests without this code will not qualify for the corporate rate.
