The event will be free of charge but there will be no catering.  

Participants will be able to purchase food and drinks at several locations on the VUB and ULB campuses, including affordable food/drink options nearby: 

• Campus Restaurant (VUB)* 
• Pilar  
• Bar Buna 
• Coffee machines and vending facilities in the Learning and Innovation Centre (LIC) 

*VUB and ULB students can benefit from the reduced student rate at the campus restaurant upon presentation of a valid student card. ULB staff members are welcome to use the campus restaurant and can purchase a meal at the visitor rate of €13.50.
