We try to give a balanced group of people the opportunity to follow the ceremony in the European Parliament itself. we had to set a quota for each group because there are only 800 places in the European Parliament. Any attempted fraud will be treated in the interest of the event without discussion.

We are required to pass on all your details to the security services of the European Parliament so we would like to ask that you double check this info again. We are not responsible if access is refused on the basis of incomplete or incorrect information

There are only 800 seats in the European Parliament and we want to make full use of them. We absolutely want to avoid empty seats due to no-shows. Please help us avoid empty seats by pro-actively releasing your seat if you can't come. Via scanning at the entrance, we can then follow up on who has not been there and then see what we are going to do with this.
